To assist the organization in making F.T. Labuan a clean, beautiful and developed International Offshore Financial Centre through:

To be responsible for the cleanliness of areas under LC’s jurisdiction
To be responsible for solid waste collection and operation of Labuan Corporation Solid Waste Disposal Site
To be responsible in providing logistics facilities to the public at an appropriate rate.
To be responsible in preparing educational programs related to recycling matters
To be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of food premises and public toilets
To be responsible for dog control and registration activities at Labuan FT.
To be responsible for activities for the control of vector-borne diseases in Urban areas and LC premises
To be responsible for the implemention of comprehensive and planned maintenance of landscapes and children’s playgrounds in urban areas, recreational / public parks, main roads, housing areas and Papan Island.

To be responsible in carrying out maintenance of amenity trees under the supervision of LC and dangerous tree complaints.
