Objective

To ensure that the interest of Labuan Corporation is always protected by law in carrying out its functions as a local authority and local planning authority in the Federal Territory of Labuan.

Function

To enact and amend the parent and subsidiary laws of Labuan Corporation
To provide legal opinions and advice to Labuan Corporation.
To enforce existing and applicable parent and subsidiary laws to Labuan Corporation.
To handle civil cases involving Labuan Corporation.
To review and prepare agreement documents (contracts) involving Labuan Corporation.
To monitor and study the effectiveness of the existing and applicable law enforcement by the parent and subsidiaries to Labuan Corporation.
