Objective

• To identify and coordinate LC development projects
• To improve the distribution of best practices in project implementation

Function

• To manage, prepare and monitor the presentation of Labuan Corporation’s annual development budget
• To coordinate and report on physical and financial progress for Labuan Corporation development projects
• To be the secretariat for LC Development and Monitoring meetings as well as meetings with the Ministry of Federal Territories (KWP).
• To prepare and coordinate reporting in Labuan Corporation Project Monitoring System II (SPPII)
• To monitor and evaluate the Outcome Evaluation of completed projects.
