Mind Development and Skills Enhancement Program

To ensure that the application submitted will receive a response / feedback within 7 working days from the date the application is received
To ensure that the investigation is made on the complaint / problem within 3 days from the date the complaint is received and inform the complainant formally within 7 days from the date the investigation is made
To review the housing developer license application within 14 days of receiving it and submit the application for consideration by the Ministry of Federal Territories within 7 days from date of confirmation of completed documents.
