LC UTC Counter

LC Local Counter at Urban Transformation Centre Labuan FT or UTC in short, operated since 2016. UTC Labuan office is situated on the ground floor and level two of Central Market Labuan building.

UTC has the concept of providing various key Government and private sector services to the community in a one-stop centre or in one building. It is part of the National Blur Ocean Strategy (NBOS) introduced to improve the quality of services through strategic collaboration between Government and private agencies.
